Superpower race. Could China become a superpower ?

Word ‘superpower’ was first time used in 1944 by William T R Fox in his book The Super Power.
What is definition of a Super Power country ?

A country that can secure its interests in any part of the the world by interfering in economic, political, cultural, technological and military aspects.

Now, where does China 🇨🇳 lies on above parameters ?

Apart from economic capacity ( it is $ 18 trillion economy ), it lies nowhere near the superpower status in other six parameters.

China will be getting older before it get richer. It’s TFR(total fertility rate is below 1.5 now) in below replacement level thanks to 1 child policy.
On geographical parameters, China’s 40% area is disputed. Moreover it’s populated is concentrated in eastern part country.
China imported most of its resources and it has cultivable area less than India and the USA.
Though it’s GDP is huge now, but debt is 237% of GDP thus it’s GDP is highly inflated. In fact in one of article Xi Jinping himself accepted this fact.
China’s military power has increased immensely but given the number of disputed territory and current international dynamics, it’s military power still legging behind of the USA. It’s defence expenditure is less than one third of the USA defence expenditure.
Political stability is exist on paper as just CPC(communist party of China) holds all power but in reality a lot of internal dynamics posing a challenge to China’s stability. Xinjiang Uighur Muslims, Taiwan’s democratic forces, Tibet issues etc. are various challenges for internal political stability of China.
Strategic policy of China still frames according to medieval measures of Middle Kingdom. Thus a foresight in policy making is absent. In fact policy of 140 people are depend upon one person(Xi)only is a very dangerous preposition.

Thus China still needs to cover a lot of ground to become a superpower and that too in right direction otherwise it chances may diminish with time.
